Adjoining the owner’s home is a separate Wing occupying a 2 Bedroomed Apartment. Facing the lake southwards, this quaint apartment has own private entrance, car parking and shared use of the large garden which runs down to the lakeshore.

Dooroy Lodge is located just 1 ˝ miles from the lovely village of Clonbur which has pubs, shops, a hotel, restaurants & a gift shop and just 3˝ miles from the picturesque village of Cong, where the classic Quiet Man Film was made and home of the historic Ashford Castle. more info

Fishing on Lough Corrib County GalwayThe apartment is very comfortable and bright, tastefully decorated and maintained to a high standard with wooden floors and tiling throughout. Dooroy Cottage is also superbly located, with fine panoramic views of Lough
Corrib and its many islands, and its picture postcard scenery as far as the eye can see.

Located just 1 mile from the lovely village of Clonbur with pubs, shops, hotel, restaurants & gift shop. And just 3 miles from the picturesque village of Cong & Cong Abbey & the famous & historic hotel Ashford Castle. Leenane village in Connemara is just 18 miles away with the Twelve Pins & Maamturk Mountains nearby.

This country cottage is well furnished and maintained to a high standard throughout. It is cosy yet spacious and bright. The idyllic views can be even better enjoyed from the landscaped private gardens which overlook the lake.

Guests wishing to fish can avail of the Private Pier at Dooroy Lodge which is conveniently located beside the lodge. A Boat & Engine are available for hire.
